地铁停车线通常与车站一起采用明挖工法施工,而随着城市基础设施不断开发和完善,明挖方案因施工占地大等问题,对周边环境影响越来越大。针对此问题,本文以福州地铁某区间为例,结合地铁停车配线选型优化和施工工法比选论证,提出单停车线段区间采用矩形单洞双线顶管方案;并结合地铁各相关专业需求和受力分析,确定外宽高为10.8m×7.5m的类矩形超大断面顶管。该方案已通过工程实践:顶管总长约190m,平均月掘进长度约54m,隧道纵向地表累计变形为-17mm~2mm。上述论证与实践为今后相关类似运用于地铁工程中的超大断面顶管隧道的工程设计和施工提供参考和积累经验。

Excavations of subway parking lines are usually constructed with the method of open cut witch is also widely applied in excavations of subway stations. With the development and improvement of urban infrastructure, the problem of open cut, such as taking huge working area, causes greater impact towards surroundings. Based on subway parking wiring optimization and construction methods demonstration, this paper proposes to use rectangular-section pipe-jacking tunnel to avoid this problem taking some Fuzhou Metro interval construction as an example. Considering need of many related specialties and structure safety, the size of the pipe-jacking tunnel comes to 10.8m×7.5m. According to practice: the total length of pipe-jacking tunnel is around 190m, the rate of excavation is around 54m per month. The total deformation of ground surface along the tunnel is -17mm~2mm. This demonstration and application provide reference and experience for similar engineering utilities of super large section pipe jacking tunnel in future.
