为保证矿山法隧道下穿浅基础高程建筑的安全性,确保高程建筑抗倾覆能力不被削弱,本文采用有限元分析方法,结合规范要求,分析莞惠城际铁路隧道下穿浅基础高程建筑过程中,建筑抗拔锚杆基础受到的影响,对比地层加固前后锚杆基础的受力状态,分析地层加固作用效果。根据有限元分析及规范公式计算,隧道开挖引起锚杆基础周边地层向隧道方向位移变形,对锚杆基础起到拉力作用,导致高层建筑的抗倾覆安全系数降低,地层注浆加固措施能有效减少隧道施工对锚杆基础的影响,注浆范围可根据隧道施工影响线进行优化。

In order to ensure the safety of the mining tunnel passing through the shallow foundation elevation building and ensure that the anti overturning ability of the elevation building is not weakened, this paper uses the finite element analysis method and combined with the specification requirements to analyze the impact of the building anti pull anchor foundation in the process of the tunnel passing through the shallow foundation elevation building, compare the stress state of the anchor foundation before and after the stratum reinforcement, and analyze the effect of stratum reinforcement. According to the finite element analysis and the calculation of the standard formula, the tunnel excavation causes the displacement and deformation of the stratum around the anchor foundation towards the tunnel direction, which plays a tensile role on the anchor foundation, resulting in the reduction of the anti overturning safety factor of high-rise buildings. The stratum grouting reinforcement measures can effectively reduce the impact of tunnel construction on the anchor foundation, and the grouting range can be optimized according to the influence line of tunnel construction.
