数字化转型是轨道交通建设降本、提质、增效的重要手段。本文通过深入分析传统轨道交通行业在生产经营过程中存在的突出问题,从厦门轨道建设发展集团有限公司的数字化转型实践出发,阐述了厦门地铁在建设过程中的总体流程和数字化实践过程。厦门地铁探索了传统工程建设与数字技术有机结合的可行性和创新性,制定了以建设数字底座、开展数据治理、建设智慧地铁和完善企业管理的实施路径。同时,厦门地铁在信息模型、智能乘客服务、智能运输组织、流量经济等方面开展了数字化转型建设的初步尝试,不仅促进了企业管理模式的变革和智慧场景应用的进步,而且为企业和轨道交通行业的高质量可持续发展奠定了良好的数字化基础。

Digital transformation is an important means to reduce cost, improve quality and increase efficiency in rail transit construction. Based on the in-depth analysis of the prominent problems existing in the production and operation process of the traditional rail transit industry, and starting from the digital transformation practice of Xiamen Rail Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., this paper expounds the overall process and digital practice process of Xiamen Metro in the construction process. Xiamen Metro has explored the feasibility and innovation of organic combination of traditional engineering construction and digital technology, and formulated the implementation path of building digital base, carrying out data governance, building smart Metro and improving enterprise management. At the same time, Xiamen Metro has made a preliminary attempt to carry out digital transformation construction in information model, intelligent passenger service, intelligent transportation organization, traffic economy, etc., which not only promotes the transformation of enterprise management mode and the progress of intelligent scene application, but also lays a good digital foundation for the high-quality sustainable development of enterprises and rail transit industry.
