装配式地铁车站结构注浆式榫槽接头的不同几何构造影响着接头的力学性能,进而制约着整个结构的力学行为。本文基于前期接头综合性能试验、理论和数值研究成果,针对接头关键构造参数——榫长、榫宽、接头高度、接头宽度、槽顶壁宽、槽底壁宽、榫头内缩长度,从榫头占比率、槽壁榫宽比、榫头倾角、榫长榫宽比和内缩率五个指标出发进行了构造设计要求研究。综合各个指标对接头抗弯和抗剪能力的影响,并考虑到制造的便捷性,定位的准确性,明确了几何构造控制要求具体取值范围,提出了一套接头构造设计要求,为同类装配式构件连接设计提供了指导。

Different geometry structures of grouted mortise-tenon joint for the prefabricated metro station structure have different impacts on the mechanical properties of joint, thus affecting mechanical behavior of the whole structure. Based on comprehensive performance experiments, analytical and numerical research findings, this paper conducts research on structural design of the joints from five indexes of the joint: tenon proportion, thickness-width ratio of joint, dip angle of the tenon, length-width ratio of joint and indentation rate, which contains key construction parameters: length and width of the tenon, height and width of the joint, thickness of mortise top and bottom, length of indentation. Finally, specific range of geometry structures and design requirement of the joint are developed with consideration of bending and shear capacity of the joint of every index, convenience of manufacturing and accuracy of positioning. Which provides guidance for similar connection of prefabricated elements.
