本文研究落实通过对多对象的主动性全域感知,实现各设备系统的实时监视。对行车关键设备的故障进行风险评估、分级预警,为调度指挥提供优化的处置建议,实现设备全生命周期信息化管控,为运营企业提供精准的智能运维服务。通过路网级数据共享平台、标准体系及标准规范、集中监视平台系统示范应用的研究,明确多设备管控平台的关键技术、系统架构、功能需求,按专业对网络设备状态进行集中监视、对网络设备信息进行全程管控,实现按专业多线路综合运维,检修过程可管可控,为后续智能运维分析决策系统、城轨运营设备大数据监测安全评估系统、智能化巡检系统、基于BIM的综合运维监管系统的建设提供技术支撑,为轨道交通行业提供智能运维安全体系建设思路与指导意见,稳步提升运维智能化和安全运行水平。

By the research of road network level data sharing platform, the standard system and standard norms, the centralized monitoring platform system demonstration application,clear multiple equipment control platform of key technology, system architecture, functional requirements, according to professional centralized monitoring, control network equipment information, realize professional multiple line comprehensive operations, maintenance process controllable, for the subsequent intelligent operational analysis decision system, urban rail operation equipment big data monitoring safety evaluation system, intelligent inspection system, based on BIM integrated operational supervision system construction to provide technical support, provide the rail transit industry intelligent operational security system construction ideas and guidance, steadily improve the intelligent operations and safe operation level.
