以深圳地铁四期修编装配式车站的设计应用为工程背景,基于明挖内支撑体系下的装配式车站方案,对装配式地铁车站预制中板梁柱设计方案进行了研究。本文重点研究了采用预制+叠合形式中板车站的流水拼装步序,并对流水拼装步序中围护、中板受力及变形进行了计算分析;通过分析预制+叠合形式中板施工阶段和使用阶段的受力,对预制构件及叠合构件进行了设计;此外,针对中板开设大孔洞的设计难点,通过在中板设置型钢支撑来满足拼装及基坑受力转换的需求,车站拼装完成后在孔边现浇纵横梁、叠合层等形成孔边加强结构,然后切除孔内型钢支撑形成永久开孔,同时,在中板开孔位置设置了抗剪连接结构,使预制板与叠合层、纵横梁形成整体,一起承受中板平面内的水平力,利用整体结构内拱效应,避免孔边纵横面内受力集中。通过以上预制中板的研究,实现了地铁车站的全断面装配,进一步提升了地铁车站的装配率及车站的流水拼装的工效。为装配式地铁车站的设计提供借鉴。

Based on the engineering background of the design and application of prefabricated station of the revising of Shenzhen rail transit in phase Ⅳ, this study investigates the design scheme of prefabricated medium plate, beam and column of prefabricated metro station on the basis of the prefabricated station scheme of open-cut inner support system. This paper focuses on the flow assembly step sequence of station with prefabricated and composite medium plate, and the stress and deformation of the enclosure and the medium plate in the flow assembly step sequence have been analyzed and calculated. Through the analysis of the stress of the medium plate in the construction stage and the application stage, the prefabricated components and composite components were designed. In addition, the steel support was set in the middle plate to meet the requirements of station assembly and foundation pit stress conversion, which solved the design difficulty of opening large holes in the medium plate. After the station assembly is completed, the cast-in-situ longitudinally transverse beams and laminated layers are cast at the hole edge to form the hole edge reinforcement structure. Finally, the steel support in the hole is removed and a permanent opening is formed. At the same time, the shear connections were set at the opening position of the medium plate, so that the prefabricated plate, the composite layer and the longitudinally transverse beams form an integral structure and bear the horizontal force in the medium plate plane together. It is used the inner arch effect of the integral structure to avoid the stress concentration in the longitudinally transverse plane of the hole. Through the above research on the prefabricated medium plate, the full section assembly of the metro station is realized, and further promote the assembly rate of the metro station and the efficiency of the flow assembly of the station, which provides a reference for the design of prefabricated metro station.
