为了确保装配式车站附属施工过程中装配式车站主体的安全与稳定,了解附属结构施工过程中装配式车站主体结构的力学规律,以深圳地铁装配式车站13号线市中医院站为工程背景,通过有限元数值计算,对附属的施工过程中装配式车站主体的内力和变形进行了分析。计算表明:1)附属基坑开挖导致车站主体的出现偏载效应,结构整体有向附属开挖一侧的变形趋势,结构内力出现重分布,拱顶靠近附属基坑开挖侧内力及变形显著。2)在附属施工过程中可以采取主体顶板上方临时支撑措施、主体拱顶对拉连接措施、加强附属支护刚度等措施对装配式车站主体的内力及变形进行控制,其中,主体顶板上方设置临时支撑措施效果显著。结合设计措施的计算分析结果,结合本工程实施情况对以上控制措施要点的设计应用进行了研究,为装配式地铁车站的设计提供借鉴。

In order to ensure the safety and stability of the main body of the prefabricated station during the construction of the accessory structure and to understand the mechanical law of the main body of the prefabricated station during the construction of the accessory structure, the internal forces and deformation of the main body of the prefabricated station during the construction of the accessory station were analyzed by finite element numerical calculations with the Shenzhen metro prefabricated station Line 13 City Hospital Station as the engineering background. The calculations show that: 1) the excavation of the subsidiary pit leads to the bias load effect of the main body of the station, and the overall structure has a tendency to deform to the side of the subsidiary excavation, and the internal force of the structure is redistributed, and the internal force and deformation of the vault is significant near the side of the subsidiary pit excavation.2) The internal force and deformation of the main body of the assembled station can be controlled by temporary support measures above the main body roof, measures of the main body vault buttress connection, and measures to strengthen the rigidity of the subsidiary support during the construction of the subsidiary, among which, the temporary support measures above the main body roof are effective. Combined with the calculation and analysis results of the design measures, the design application of the above control measures is studied in the context of the implementation of this project, so as to provide reference for the design of prefabricated subway stations.
