Based on the application of the traditional sewage pool + sewage pump technology, conventional closed water tank sewage lifting technology, and vacuum sewage lifting technology in subway stations, this paper presents a systematic analysis of a sewage lifting system that employs a cam pump. The operational demand and the problems associated with pain points (such as poor sanitary conditions and high cleaning cost) are addressed, and low maintenance and high reliability (such as high suction head, bottom cleaning, double-level sensor control, and intelligent operation) are set as the goals. The subway sewage lifting system based on cam pump technology can solve the problem of cleaning the bottom of the sewage pool, improve the operational and maintenance conditions, and reduce the difficulty and intensity of operation and maintenance. Moreover, the overall operational effect of the system is good. Finally, suggestions for further optimization and application are also provided.
