为保障地铁工程按期通车运营,以成都地铁5号线为例,在工程筹划中创新性地应用风险管理手段,对工期进度进行专项研究。采用头脑风暴法对影响工程进度的风险进行识别,应用风险矩阵法与层次分析法对风险因素进行定性、定量评价,详细研究高架段区间箱梁运输架设不及时这一重要风险因素,并以此为案例提供风险应对策略与措施。风险管理理念的引入是成都地铁5号线工程筹划设计的创新与突破,工程顺利通车运营对该创新点进行了有效验证,可为后续类似工程提供借鉴。

To ensure the timely completion of the Chengdu Metro Line 5 project, risk management methods were employed in project planning to refine the construction schedule. Brainstorming was used to identify risks, while the risk matrix method and analytic hierarchy process were utilized to evaluate risks qualitatively and quantitatively. We examined a major risk as an example and provided detailed risk solutions, focusing on the challenges of transporting and erecting box girders in viaduct projects. The application of risk management to the planning of the Chengdu Metro Line 5 project represented an innovative and groundbreaking approach. This has been effectively validated and can serve as a reference for similar projects.
